8 meetings after the kickoff: March 19, 26; April 9, 16, 23, 30; May 14, 21 (all same place, same time as kickoff)

Who: Coaches and Athletic Directors
What:
* Weekly opportunity for coaches and athletic directors to go through the book "3D Coach"
* Study how to coach from a Biblical perspective
* Develop a gameplan on how to invest in all 3 dimensions of athletes - body, soul and mind.
The kickoff meeting will be an opportunity to preview the Huddle format and the book (short book intro below), as well as get to know everyone involved in the Huddle.

3D Coach
"Current trending research shows that only 15% of coaches are intentional about coaching beyond the skills and strategies of the game (1st Dimension).
